Role Summary

The ideal candidate is a Registered Nurse or has a similar medical background, strong empathy and communication skills, and the ability to guide patients or clients through complex or sensitive situations. They are calm under pressure, emotionally intelligent, and solution-focused, ensuring quality outcomes and patient satisfaction.

This candidate is motivated to help people, follow processes accurately, and manage follow-ups effectively, making them well-suited for a consultative, patient-centered support role.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound client inquiries and provide clear, empathetic guidance.
• Listen actively and acknowledge client concerns before offering solutions.
• Explain processes, options, or services in a structured and understandable way.
• Guide clients to booking a consultation with a medical professional.
• Document interactions accurately and follow up to ensure issues are fully resolved.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RN) license preferred, but not required.
• Open to candidates without a license who have hands-on experience through hospital or clinical internships.
• Strong communication skills, both spoken and written.
• Strong listening, problem-solving, and follow-up skills.
• Basic computer literacy, including MS Office, CRM, or support systems.
