Job Description - Payment & Fraud Analyst

• Communicate with patrons via email, chat, and phone to resolve payment issues.

• Monitor deposits and withdrawals and take proactive action to ensure quality service.

• Approve and process flagged payments and seek manager approval if needed.

• Escalate matters that cannot be resolved to relevant department.

• Communicate with 3rd party payment providers to resolve patron's problems

Requirements

• Experience from a similar role either in Online Gaming or Digital Ecommerce Company

• Experience from working with various payment vendors and back-office systems

• Observation and attention to detail.

• Ability to look at financial data and detect unusual patterns.

• Communication and organizational skills.

• Good skills in Google Suite and MS Office (Including Power BI)

• Good Knowledge of English language (Verbal and Written)
