Payroll Manager (UAE Consulting, Hybrid)

Salary: P60,000 to P80,000 (Monthly Package)

Schedule: Monday – Friday (09:00 AM - 06:00 PM GMT)

What are we looking for?

Skills Required:

• Minimum 5+ years payroll processing experience in large multinational environment
• Experience with multinational payroll, garnishments, and automated timesheets
• Experience with payroll tax issues
• Strong experience with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word

Nice to Have:

• ACCA, CIMA, CA, or CFA, or an Official Payroll Qualification is essential.
• Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, Oracle, etc. is an advantage

What will you do?

Responsibilities:

• Perform internal and external payroll duties across multiple international jurisdictions and clients.
• Audit employee time and labor data, resolve discrepancies with managers.
• Process payroll in a multinational corporate environment.
• Establish and ensure accuracy of taxes, contributions, deductions, and benefits.
• Resolve payroll discrepancies and respond to employee inquiries.
• Manage the expense process across the group.
• Research and gather documents for tax account setup in new jurisdictions.
• Resolve payroll tax payments and data discrepancies with tax agencies and internal staff.
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements in payroll systems.
• Pull various payroll reports from HRIS system.
