Payroll Specialist

SUMMARY:

We are seeking a Manila-based payroll specialist with 3+ years of experience with payroll processes, experience with ADP software, and the ability to provide high-quality payroll support. This position is responsible for all data entry pertaining to production Of US payroll. Input is done within all federal and state payroll laws. This position receives, reviews, and resolves all payroll questions with consultation by the payroll Manager.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide wrap-around application support, maintenance and management services for business applications including configuring those applications where customization is available, and maintaining both the clients and the servers and services that make up the applications
• Enter new hires into ADP in collaboration with HR
• Compile and enter employee time and payroll data into excel spreadsheets.
• Enter payroll data in collaboration With HR
• Conduct accuracy checks on payroll information, including taxes, before transmitting payroll
• Process checks that will be mailed or delivered to employees
• Handle employee phone calls regarding payroll issues produce applicable payroll reports as requested and necessary
• Deliver ADP reports to accounting and payroll managers
• Assist Payroll Manager with the development and implementation of payroll processes
• Perform other duties as assigned
