Payroll Specialist

• Process end-to-end payroll and ensure accurate salary calculations.


• Ensure timely processing of government-mandated contributions and payroll-related requirements.


• Prepare payroll reports and maintain accurate employee payroll records.


• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of payroll information.


• Prepare and process statutory contributions: Social Security System (SSS), PhilHealth and Pag-IBIG Fund


• Ensure compliance with labor laws, tax regulations, and internal policies.


• Compute and file withholding taxes with the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR)


• Generate payroll reports and assist in audits


• Maintain and update employee payroll records.


• Address and resolve payroll-related concerns, employee inquiries and resolve discrepancies.

• Graduate of Accountancy, Financial Management, Management Accounting, Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related courses


• At least 5 years of experience in payroll or a related field including BIR reports related to withholding tax on compensation


• Strong understanding of payroll calculations, employee deductions, taxes, payroll adjustments, and payroll reconciliation.


• Strong understanding of Philippine labor laws, payroll practices and statutory contributions.


• High level of professionalism and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
