As our People Data & Reporting Analyst, you will put our values up in lights by delivering these activities and outcomes
•Provide data analysis and reporting support across core people programs and processes, including the annual Remuneration Review (0.5), WGEA reporting, and other cyclical HR lifecycle activities.
•Partner closely with the PP&T and CE&PO teams to prepare, validate, and analyse data that supports key decision-making across remuneration, diversity, workforce planning, and talent initiatives.
•Build and maintain accurate dashboards, reports, and data sets that inform business insights across headcount, turnover, engagement, and other workforce metrics.
•Develop and maintain repeatable processes and templates for cyclical data activities to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and consistency.
•Collaborate with the People Systems specialists to align data structures and reporting logic within Workday and related systems.
•Support compliance and governance obligations through accurate and timely submissions for reporting such as WGEA and internal equity reviews.
•Contribute to the continuous improvement of reporting processes by identifying automation opportunities and streamlining manual tasks.
•Translate data into meaningful insights and narratives that support business storytelling in reports, presentations, and leadership updates.
•Partner with stakeholders across the People and Finance teams to ensure alignment of workforce and remuneration data.
•Promote data literacy and self-service capability across the People team by sharing knowledge and supporting tools and templates.
•Ensure adherence to data privacy and security standards in all reporting and analysis activities.

•An understanding of how the telco and technology industries use data to drive operational performance, workforce planning, and customer experience.
•Strong data analysis and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex workforce information into clear insights and actions.
•Advanced proficiency in Excel (including formulas, pivot tables, and data visualisation) and experience using reporting and analytics tools such as Power BI, Workday Reporting, or similar platforms.
•Experience supporting HR or workforce reporting activities such as remuneration review, headcount tracking, turnover analysis, or compliance submissions (like WGEA).
•Relevant qualifications in Data Analytics, Business, HR, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience in a data-focused role.
•Demonstrated ability to: Solve problems analytically and think ahead to anticipate data needs and risks.
Ø Work independently with high attention to detail while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
Ø Learn quickly, adapt to changing priorities, and continuously improve processes.
Ø Communicate clearly and confidently with both technical and non-technical audiences.
