Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, HRDM, or equivalent
• At least 1-2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is an advantage
• Advanced computer knowledge, presentation and coordination skills, facilitation and management skills
• Presentation, Infographic Designing skills
• With excellent communication skills (both written and oral)
• Willing to be assigned in Meycauayan, Bulacan

Job Description

- Assist in designing, planning, organizing, or direct orientation and training programs for employees.

- Obtain, organize, or develop training procedures manuals, guides, or course materials, such as handouts or visual materials.

- Monitor, evaluate, or record training activities or program effectiveness.
