About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced ERP Finance Technology Consultant specializing in PeopleSoft FSCM to support, enhance, and maintain the organization's PeopleSoft Finance environment.

The role will be responsible for analyzing and resolving production support issues, developing enhancements, creating reports and interfaces, and providing technical solutions based on business requirements. The successful candidate should have a strong understanding of PeopleSoft Finance processes and PeopleTools, along with the ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with functional teams, business users, and other technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze and resolve PeopleSoft FSCM support issues in accordance with established SLAs.

Design, develop, and unit test enhancements and customizations in PeopleSoft FSCM.

Create and modify Components, Pages, Records, Fields, File Layouts, Process Definitions, Menus, Portal Registrations, and Permission Lists.

Develop and maintain SQR, Application Engine, BI Publisher reports, interfaces, and batch processes.

Prepare technical design documents and development specifications.

Troubleshoot production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement appropriate fixes.

Support PeopleSoft Finance processes across AP, AR, AM, Billing, GL, and eProcurement.

Perform peer code reviews and follow established development standards.

Work closely with functional consultants, business users, and technical teams to deliver solutions and resolve issues.

Required Qualifications:

At least 5 years of experience in PeopleSoft development and/or production support.

Strong hands-on experience with PeopleTools, including:
- Application Designer
- Application Engine
- Component Interface
- Security Administrator
- Data Mover
- Workflow
- PS Query
- PS Job Processes
- Data Migration

Good understanding of PeopleSoft Finance and Supply Chain.

Working knowledge of AP, AR, AM, Billing, GL, and eProcurement

Good to Have Qualifications:

Hands-on experience with SQR and BI Publisher.

Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Self-driven and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
