Position Title: Performance Marketing and CRM Support Specialist
Work Set-up: Hybrid (Mostly WFH but must be ready for WFO when client requires)
Schedule: 3PM to 12AM (Possibility to move to 9AM – 6PM after training)
Salary: PHP85,000 – PHP100,000
Holidays: UK Holidays

We are looking for a highly skilled Performance Marketing Specialist with deep expertise in Google Ads, strong experience with Meta Ads, and the ability to support high-performing creative campaigns through video editing and content optimisation.

The ideal candidate is highly analytical, performance-driven, and understands how to scale campaigns through both strong media buying and compelling ad creatives. This role will focus primarily on managing and optimising paid advertising campaigns while also supporting creative production, testing, and performance analysis.

Experience with GoHighLevel (GHL) and CRM systems is considered a strong advantage.


JOB DESCRIPTION:

Key Responsibilities:

Performance Marketing (50%)

• Set up, manage, optimise, and scale advanced Google Ads campaigns across:
  o Search
  o Display
  o YouTube
  o Performance Max
• Manage and optimise Meta Ads campaigns for lead generation and customer acquisition
• Monitor and improve key performance metrics
• Conduct audience testing, campaign optimisation, and performance analysis
• Implement conversion tracking, retargeting, and attribution best practices
• Provide weekly reporting, insights, and actionable recommendations based on campaign performance
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve campaign profitability and lead quality

Creative & Video Editing (30%)

• Edit and optimise short-form and long-form ad creatives for:
  o Facebook & Instagram
  o YouTube
  o TikTok-style ads
  o Webinar promotions
• Collaborate on creative strategy and help develop high-converting ad concepts
• Produce variations of creatives for A/B testing
• Improve hooks, pacing, captions, CTAs, and engagement elements based on ad performance data
• Work with existing video content and optimise it specifically for paid advertising performance
• Understand direct-response marketing principles and performance-driven creative execution

CRM & GHL Support (20%)

• Provide backend support within GoHighLevel (GHL) when needed
  Assist with:
  o Basic automation workflows
  o Lead nurturing sequences
  o Funnel and landing page updates
  o CRM organisation and maintenance
  o Webinar funnel support
• Troubleshoot basic automation or CRM issues as requires
• Support operational marketing execution across the CRM ecosystem

Qualifications:

• 5 years of experience in Performance Marketing specifically in Google Ads
• Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads
• Proven experience editing performance-focused video creatives
• Strong understanding of direct-response advertising and creative testing
• Experience using tools such as: CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, etc
• Experience with GoHighLevel (GHL) is highly preferred
• Familiarity with webinar funnels and lead generation campaigns is a plus
• Excellent communication skills
• Data-driven and performance-oriented
• Strong understanding of paid media buying strategy
• Creative thinker with marketing psychology awareness
• Able to analyse both numbers and creative performance
• Fast-moving, proactive, and highly organised
• Comfortable working in a remote, fast-paced environment
