We seek a Mid-Senior Level Performance Marketing Manager who can join our innovative team. Our diverse projects range from developing cutting-edge products for social media users to developing an AI-backed dating assistant app. At our core, we are driven by a mission of reaching millions of users and delivering exceptional experiences. • Strategically building and managing acquisition campaigns across multiple channels. 
• Using data-driven insights to optimize campaigns. 
• Providing root cause analysis backed with data and offering analytical solutions to stakeholders. 
• Crafting simplified reporting dashboards for tracking performance and aiding decision-making. 
• Understanding and utilizing new and relevant KPI metrics for performance management and optimization. 
• Innovating marketing initiatives and testing new strategies. 
• Delivering quantifiable improvements in ROI and CPA across all channels. 
• Handling a budget of more than $200k monthly for websites or mobile apps. 

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience creating and executing digital marketing strategies for mobile app and web projects. 
• Experience handling an ad budget of over $200k monthly for at least 2 years for mobile app and web projects. 
• Deep experience with the policies of Google and Meta. 
• Experience with Google Ads(Search, App, Display, etc.), Meta Ads, TikTok, etc. 
• Apple Search Ads experience is a plus. 
• Experience with MMP tools like AppsFlyer and Adjust. 
• Strong analytical skills and exceptional presentation skills. 
• Strong project management skills and experience in mobile apps.
