About This Role:
We are hiring a detail-oriented Sales Operations Manager / Estimator to support a fast-growing, high-ticket eCommerce company specializing in custom outdoor kitchens. The business operates through lead generation and virtual design consultations, followed by proposal-based sales. This role focuses on managing the backend of the sales process, ensuring every consultation is turned into a high-quality proposal within 24 hours. The ideal candidate is highly organized, process-driven, and capable of handling multiple deals simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and speed, working closely with sales reps to streamline operations and deliver a high-touch customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full sales workflow from post-consultation to close
Build and deliver accurate proposals within 24 hours of each consultation
Support 1 to 2 sales reps handling approximately 6 consultations per day each
Review call recordings or transcriptions and extract key details for proposals
Use internal design or estimation tools to create layouts and quotes
Maintain and update CRM with deal progress, notes, and customer information
Coordinate communication between sales, operations, and customer support
Ensure a smooth and high-quality customer experience throughout the sales process
Track and manage multiple deals simultaneously without errors or delays
Software/Platforms/Tools:
CRM platforms such as PipeDrive, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar
Proposal and quoting tools such as PandaDoc, Proposify, or similar
Design or layout tools (training will be provided; prior experience is a plus)
Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive)
Slack and Zoom for communication
Project management tools such as ClickUp, Asana, or Trello
Spreadsheet tools such as Google Sheets or Excel
Qualifications:
At least 3-5 years of freelancing experience
At least 2 to 4+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Project Management, Estimation, or a similar role
Excellent written and verbal English communication (C1 or C2 level)
Experience supporting high-volume sales teams or fast-paced environments
Strong attention to detail with the ability to produce accurate work under tight deadlines
Experience using CRM systems and managing sales pipelines
Ability to learn new tools quickly, especially design or estimation software
Highly organized with strong time management and multitasking skills
Proactive, reliable, and able to take ownership of processes
Nice to have:
Experience in eCommerce, construction, home design, or high-ticket sales environments
Background in estimating, quoting, or technical sales support
Familiarity with reading layouts, floor plans, or product configurations
Shift Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (US Eastern Time preferred)
