About Us: AJT Diabetic Incorporated, doing business as Countrywide Medical, is a leading Medicare-contracted supplier that provides high-quality medical supplies and durable medical equipment to our valued patients. We are dedicated to providing the best care and service for our patients' medical supply and equipment needs.  Our team of caring professionals are committed to ensuring our patients' medical needs are always taken care of. We are B.O.C Accredited and comply with all state licensure requirements to provide home medical equipment and supplies, delivered across all 50 US States. We supply patients in need of all major medical equipment and supplies, including Diabetic Testing Supplies and Continuous Glucose Supplies, CPAP supplies, urological supplies, wound care supplies, nebulizers and equipment, oxygen, and much more. We are quickly expanding and urgently looking for several highly skilled, self-motivated, and experienced individuals to join our Patient Enrollment Team. Our patient enrollment specialists handle both inbound and outbound enrollment, reorder, and outreach calls. The job is a full-time permanent work-from-home position on US Eastern Time Zone Hours. This is not a part time position. IMPORTANT NOTICE: We work directly with employees and are not affiliated with any recruitment agencies, training centers, or call center/BPO companies. You must be independent, and non-affiliated with any call center, training center or other BPO companies. Job Description: As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for 100% phone-based customer service, assisting patients with refilling orders, and answering patient inquiries. You will receive inbound and place outbound enrollment calls within the hours of operation, which are from 8:30 am - 7:00 pm Eastern time. Different shifts may have different times. There is no cold calling, quotas, or lead generation in this position. Responsibilities: Utilize the company phone system and CRM to assist patients with refilling orders and answer patient inquiries. Receive inbound and place outbound enrollments calls. Work within the hours of operation from 8:30 am - 7:00 pm Eastern time. Provide exceptional customer service and exhibit a caring, professional, and enthusiastic demeanor when speaking with patients. Work remotely from home and comply with all remote work policies   Job Qualifications: Must be computer Literate Have excellent command of the English language, written & spoken. Strong active listening skills Ability to multitask by typing and talking during calls. Experience in making Inbound and Outbound phone calls preferred. Possess advanced phone etiquette, problem-solving and customer service skills Experience in working on a dialer or CRM preferred. Must Have at least 1 year minimum  Sales/CSR upselling Experience in a BPO/call center setting.   INTERNET & HARDWARE REQUIREMENTS (EQUIPMENT WILL NOT BE PROVIDED BY THE COMPANY) MUST have 2 monitors MUST have a backup internet 8 GB of RAM i3 processor or higher (or equivalent) Fiber or highspeed internet of at least 20Mbps. (both upload & download) Windows 10 or 11, MacOS Sierra or higher, or ChromeOS with Google Chrome Web Browser  TeamViewer installed.  Wired headset. Malware and virus-free/protected Personal Computer. Skype account.
