Scope & Responsibilities:

• Strive for NCLEX exam readiness through dedicated study within 5-6 months.
• Take practice tests and seek mentorship for effective preparation.
• Apply theoretical knowledge in clinical settings during reviews.
• Enhance proficiency in nursing assessments and patient care.
• Commit to working as a USRN for 2 years post-NCLEX.
• Provide competent and compassionate patient care according to client's standards.

Required Qualifications:

• Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Nursing with an active PRC license.
• 2 years of bedside experience as a staff nurse.
• Willing to commit to a 2-year bond.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Ability to provide Certificates of Employment (COEs).
• First time applicant for NCLEX (no pending applications).
