Planning and Control Specialist

• Provides the procedures for integrated time and cost control management through project scheduling, performance reports, and other project control tools in collaboration with Project Managers to ensure timely execution and close-out of business units identified projects
• Manages the overall Project Database through monitoring and tracking of project status, Planned Value, Earned Value, Disbursement, Time Extension/Suspension and Project Closeout to ensure the integrity and completeness of all project information and compliance with the companys polices and governance processes on project documentations.
• Project Control Management System Utilization - Utilizes scheduling tool such as Microsoft Project and/or Primavera that reflect all interface milestones and activity durations from multiple contractors schedules

• Timely Submission of Project Progress Charts and Cost Reports
• Planned Value, Earned Value, Revision, Disbursement /Cash Flow
• Produce weekly / monthly reports in line with the project and company reporting calendar, providing details on progress, actuals, forecast and explanation of variances.
• Prepares project status reports for packages and the whole project to be used by the management team
• Evaluates and communicates variances between planned and actual accomplishments on site to facilitate timely management decisions and actions

• Agreed and Communicated Control Points
• Identifies control points for each project and relays that information to parties concerned (Project Manager, and Contractors)

• Maintains integrity of time and cost baselines through management and tracking of individual project changes such as Variation Orders, Time Extensions and Time Suspensions
