Your role & responsibilities

The Planning and Governance Analyst is responsible for the implementation of the Company’s Revenue Assurance and Fraud Management Planning and Governance processes to achieve goals and action plans in the concerned area management.

• Develops, establishes, cascades, enhances and maintains the revenue assurance and fraud management strategy and framework
• Works in collaboration with the organizations in assessing risk exposure of the company at different areas of customer processes and identify potential schemes, activities, or events that must be mitigated
• Establishes control measures as aligned with the risk appetite of the company
• Leads the implementation of revenue leakage prevention activities
• Conducts risk and control assessment of processes to optimize operations and maximize revenue streams

About you

• Graduate of Business, Management, Economics, or Engineering course (preferably Industrial or Electrical Engineer with certification or license) or related course
• Passed analyst test
• Proficient in MS Office applications, especially MS Excel
• Excellent business communication skills
• Willing to work onsite (Pasig City)
