Planning & Scheduling Senior Associate

Reporting & Dashboard Development Develop and maintain enterprise-grade reports and dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, Excel, or other comparable BI tools. Build automated reporting solutions to replace manual processes. Convert complex business requirements into visual and analytical reporting assets. Data Analysis & Insights Conduct trend analysis, variance analysis, and KPI tracking for projects, accounts, and business units. Identify performance gaps and provide insights to leadership teams. Support client-facing reporting requirements as part of project delivery. Data Quality & Governance Ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of data across reporting platforms. Collaborate with data engineering and IT teams to resolve data issues and improve data pipelines. Stakeholder Collaboration Work closely with PMO, delivery managers, solution teams, and client leaders to gather requirements. Present analytical findings in clear and concise formats to internal and external stakeholders. Provide user training and support for dashboards and reporting tools. Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Computer Science, Finance, or related field. Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, PivotTables). Hands-on experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools. Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure preferred, AWS/GCP acceptable).
