We are looking for an experienced Planner/Scheduler to join our team. In this role, you will manage and schedule a program of construction projects, ensuring that project timelines, resource allocations, and forecasting are effectively planned and executed. Your expertise in creating schedules with minimal input, reading and interpreting engineering drawings, and using key planning tools will be critical to the success of the projects.
In this role, you will be at the heart of project planning and scheduling, contributing to tenders by developing detailed timelines, resource allocations, and visual planning documentation.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain project schedules based on detailed man-hour estimates and engineering drawings for tender purposes.
Manage multiple construction projects, ensuring accurate scheduling and resource allocation.
Produce weekly progress data for earned value reporting tools.
Generate regular forecasts and manning data.
Collaborate closely with site and offsite planners and project teams to optimize resource utilization.
Ensure schedules remain updated and reflective of the project's actual progress.
Ability to independently develop construction schedules without relying solely on engineer input.
What We’re Looking For:
Minimum 5 years of planning experience in construction projects, preferably within oil & gas, mining, materials handling, large-scale construction, or related industrial environments.
Proficient in Primavera P6, Navisworks, MS Word, and Excel for scheduling, project tracking, and maintaining planning documentation.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and convert them into detailed construction schedules for tender and project planning purposes.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to build relationships, coordinate with project teams, and maintain clear alignment across stakeholders.
Proactive, collaborative, and able to keep project teams informed, confident, and efficient throughout the planning process.
Must be willing to report onsite at Arcovia City, Brgy. Ugong, Pasig City (Mon-Fri, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM)
