Evaluate the contract requirements, specifications, bids, proposals and subsequent contractor performance.1.2Serves as technical liaison with all department concerned regarding contracts specification and processing.1.3Enter into, administer, or terminate contracts and make related determinations and findings.1.4Responsible for the preparation and evaluation of contracts entered to by the company.1.5Prepare formal and informal contractors bids including / involving technical and complex specifications; evaluate and award bids according to current guidelines.1.6Communicate with vendors regarding bid status and contract compliance.1.7Reviews inventory listing of contractor’s availability and performance.2.0 EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:Education :Bachelor’s Degree Management; Marketing or in any related course or its equivalent.Experience:At least Three (03) years’ experience in as Contracts Administrator.OthersGood Communication and Personal relation skillsComputer Literate
