PM - Building Technician

WORK SET UP: ONSITE - 6 days a week
POSITION: Building Technician

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Conduct regular inspections of building machinery and equipment; report issues to immediate superior.
• Attend to tenant concerns promptly and provide appropriate actions or recommendations.
• Perform tasks in compliance with established procedures and standards.
• Adhere to internal and external regulations, including environmental, health and safety, and fire protection requirements.
• Carry out facility and equipment inspections, preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure uptime, client operations, and asset integrity.
• Respond to service requests and perform maintenance on mechanical and other facility systems.
• Conduct facility walkthroughs for monitoring of mechanical, electrical, and other systems.
• Operate facility mechanical and related systems as required.
• Manage the full work order process from dispatch to completion, ensuring quality and documentation are in line with service requirements.
• Support implementation of the preventive maintenance program, ensuring deficiencies are recorded, escalated, and properly documented.
• Provide observations and suggestions for the repair or improvement of facility systems.
• Ensure that all health and safety equipment is functional and regularly updated (e.g., fire extinguishers, emergency lights, FDAS).
• Report all on-site incidents to the immediate superior.
• Contribute to tenant and client satisfaction by delivering services in a professional and responsive manner.
• Recommend process improvements for technical and maintenance operations.
• Participate actively in company activities, meetings, trainings, and seminars.
  

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least a vocational diploma/short course certificate or a bachelor’s/college degree.
• At least 1 year of experience as an employee specialized in Maintenance and repair in building and facilities management.
• Willing to work on-site in [INSERT SITE]
