About the Role

PMO Analyst is responsible for providing operational project management support. As PMO analyst, you will be supporting Datacom Project Managers.

What you’ll do

As PMO Analyst you will:

• Develop and implement consistent and standardised processes for the Project Services capability across Datacom
• Collect and analyse data to guide decision making, including improving and enhancing current PMO processes and procedures
• Maintain a centralised PMO Portal enabling self-service for Project Managers for project related processes and procedures, and for project financial data
• Facilitate communication within the Project Management cohort by running the AU Project Management Community
• Ensure compliance with the Datacom Project Management methodology
• Support the Quality and Compliance team in maintain ISO standards applicable to the Project Management function
• Looking for opportunities to automate using Microsoft 365 suite e.g., Power BI, PowerApps etc.

What you’ll bring

You’ll be passionate about efficient and effective project delivery; and bring a wealth of hands-on project experience. You will understand finance management practices, project governance frameworks and have experience coaching and mentoring people. You’ll be comfortable working through complex issues, negotiating and problem solving, and have an exceptional customer focus.
