Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction, Engineering, or a related field; Chartered membership in a relevant professional institution (e.g., Association of Project Managers) is preferred.
• Proven experience delivering a range of project services within major construction programs or management consultancy environments.
• Demonstrates strong business development skills and commercial acumen, including the ability to cross-sell services within client organizations.
• In-depth knowledge of PMO and Project Controls leadership, with active engagement in professional bodies and forums to advance industry standards.
• Strong understanding of construction industry trends, innovations, opportunities, and potential risks.
• Holds certification or experience in Managing Successful Programs (MSP).
• Possesses excellent stakeholder engagement and professional collaboration capabilities.
