Job Responsibilities:

  • Create compelling, informative, and persuasive content that supports global and regional portfolio marketing strategies for launches and product promotion.
  • Ensure consistent messaging between launch key messaging document (LIAB) and sales enablement content.
  • Develop and provide guidance product-related content for regional and local marketing campaigns and activities (i.e. social media copy, creative assets, case studies, campaign page content, blogs, video scripts, etc.).
  • Participate in the new product development introduction process to guarantee all content is aligned with portfolio messaging and best practices.
  • Work with Sales, Marketing and Offering teams to ensure messaging and content needs are executed for global, regional, and local launches.
  • Work with regional Offering Managers to ensure consistent offering messaging across materials and lines of business (LOBs). 
  • Own product launch key messaging document and work cross functionally with global marketing and global offering teams to ensure alignment.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, public relations or relevant field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years experience writing Marketing copy for a technical industry.
  • Strong knowledge of communication practices and techniques.
  • Must be able to multitask and work well under pressure.
  • Proactive communicator.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to pick up technical concepts quickly.
  • Enthusiastic and persistent problem solver. 
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated; comfortable owning processes/projects and seeing them through to completion
  • Process-oriented
  • Knowledge of data center software/hardware solutions and industry trends is a plus
