Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic marketing and sales plans to expand the company's customer base and ensure its strong market presence.

Lead market research and analysis to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs actively.

Establish, maintain, and expand customer relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Collaborate with the product development team to align sales strategies with evolving market trends and customer preferences.

Monitor and analyze performance metrics, preparing reports for senior management to facilitate informed decision-making.

Stay abreast of the latest industry trends, market conditions, and competitive activities to recommend adjustments to business strategies accordingly.

Qualifications and Experience:

Proven experience as a Marketing & Sales Manager, preferably in the power sector or related industries.

In-depth understanding of market research methods and analysis.

Solid knowledge of performance reporting and financial/budgeting processes.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and leadership abilities.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field.
