Power, Refrigeration and Utilities Engineer

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Oversees, leads, plans, organizes, and controls the overall operation of Plant Utilities; Safety and Environment; Equipment Maintenance, Troubleshooting and Repair; to ensure operations reliability through cost effective maintenance and management system. Plant Utilities include the following:
   
   
   
   1. refrigeration system
   
   
   2. air conditioning system
   
   
   3. steam generation system
   
   
   4. compressed air system
   
   
   5. water treatment and supply system
   
   
   6. hot water supply system
   
   
   7. vacuum generation system
   
   
   8. power generation and distribution system
   
   
   
   


2. Manages/oversees the Power, Refrigeration and Utilities Operation and Maintenance performance of the third-party service providers.


3. Oversees the production maintenance during night shift to ensure continuous support to production and to provide necessary actions or decisions.


4. Ensures compliance to all Government regulations.

Qualifications:

1. Education
   
   
   
   1. Licensed Mechanical Engineer / Electrical Engineer
   
   
   
   


2. Working Experience
   
   
   
   1. With at least 5 years of utilities-related experience
   
   
   2. Has practical knowledge in utilities machineries and processes.
   
   
   3. Has practical knowledge in preventive and corrective maintenance.
   
   
   4. Knowledgeable in reading and interpreting mechanical/electrical plans.
   
   
   5. Knowledgeable in Good Manufacturing Practices
