Job Description

• Develop and execute comprehensive PR strategies to enhance the company's brand image and reputation
• Build and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, influencers, and industry partners
• Manage the company's media relations, including press releases, interviews, and media events
• Monitor and analyze media coverage, social media, and industry trends to identify opportunities and mitigate risks
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all channels
• Provide crisis management support and develop effective response plans
• Measure and report on the success of PR initiatives, using data-driven insights to optimize strategies

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in public relations, communications, or a related field
• Demonstrated success in developing and implementing PR campaigns
• Experience in crisis management and reputation management
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong media relations and networking abilities
• Proficient in social media and digital marketing
• Ability to think strategically and creatively
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Thorough understanding of the PR industry, trends, and best practices
• Ability to analyze data and metrics to measure the success of PR initiatives
• Proactive and adaptable to changing priorities
• Commitment to staying up-to-date with the latest PR tools and techniques
