Pricing and Revenue Management Specialist

• Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and customer behavior to inform pricing decisions.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and finance teams to align pricing strategies with business objectives.
• Maintain the price structure between different teams, and make sure all prices are strictly executed
• Update the price in system
• Monitor and audit the revenue recorded and verify related documentation (Delivery Receipt, Sales Invoice)

Team Leadership and Management:

• Assign tasks and projects, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Foster a collaborative and results-oriented team environment.

Reporting and Documentation:

• Prepare regular reports on pricing performance, market trends, and competitive analysis for senior management.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of pricing strategies, policies, and procedures.

Compliance and Risk Management:

• Ensure pricing practices comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Identify and mitigate pricing risks through proactive management and analysis.

Qualifications:

 

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in pricing or revenue management, preferably in the FMCG industry.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Gsheet, pricing software).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
• In-depth knowledge of FMCG market dynamics and competitive landscape.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
