Primary Care Physician needed in Watsonville, CA - Top Pay + Sign-On + Quality Bonus

• Position: Primary Care 


• Location: Watsonville, CA


• Setting: Outpatient

  • Patient contact - 36 hours
  
  
  • Admin - 4 hours
  
  
  
  


• Call: Telephone call only
  
  
  
  • Very lightly and split between all providers
  
  
  • More secondary call as hospitalists usually take call first 
  
  
  
  


• EMR: Cerner


• Patients load: 18-22(FM), 16-20 (IM)


• Job Requirements: BC or BE in FM or IM


• Compensation: 
  
  
  
  • Base - 300K
  
  
  • Quality bonus - Up to 30K annually
  
  
  • Productivity bonus
  
  
  
  


• Credentialing: Up to 90 days (If they have CA license, can start sooner)
