Job Description

The Software Engineer is responsible for architecting and deploying production-ready features that deliver tangible value across our B2B and B2C product suites. This role focuses on building scalable, high-performance systems by balancing core application development with the integration of advanced functionalities like NLP, GenAI and predictive modeling. Working at the intersection of robust engineering and commercial application, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex business requirements into seamless user experiences. Whether you building core service functionalities or implementing intelligent automation, your goal is to ensure our products remain technically sound, market-competitive, and optimized for real-world impact.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Stay at the forefront of AI advancements

• Lead cross-team initiatives for Core and AI projects

• Design and build production-ready Core and AI applications tailored for B2C consumers and B2B enterprise clients.

• Develop AI-driven features (e.g., personalization, automated support) that directly enhance the end-user experience.

• Partner with Product, UX, and Business units to define and drive market needs into technical roadmaps.

• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of products, from rapid prototyping (PoC) to production  deployment and iterative refinement.

• Remain hands-on in engineering execution, actively writing code, reviewing implementations, troubleshooting issues, and staying deeply immersed in ground-level technical work.

• Establish and socialize engineering standards to be adopted by adjacent teams.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, AI, or related technical field.

• Experience: Minimum of 5–8 years of hands-on experience architecting and maintaining software application systems at scale, including at least 1–2 years specifically focused on the development and production-level development of AI applications

• Leadership experience is an advantage

• Preferred Background: Background in Telecommunications, SaaS, or high-growth Tech companies with a strong B2B or B2C customer base.

• Technical Expertise: Strong proficiency in AI tools, frameworks, and techniques, with proven experience in applying AI to real-world problems in a business or research context.
