In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Develop a culture of best-practice development and workflow in Microsoft Power BI
• Gain subject matter expertise on key data sources for sales business analysis and create appropriate reports addressing user requirements
• Resolve data roadblocks through troubleshooting, problem-solving, and testing
• Collaborate on defining KPIs and metrics, and build reports and dashboards
• Prototype reports and dashboards to engage and excite users
• Perform impact analysis and recommend end-state solutions
• Partner with Deltek's Business Intelligence team to create and maintain core dataflows
• Identify opportunities for improving analytic capabilities and drive cross-functional change
• Oversee QA activities to ensure data/metric requirements are met
