Probe and Die Sales Operator

I. Basic Purpose of the Job

Responsible for operating the assigned production equipment as per Standard Operating Procedures and Quality Standards. Comply with manufacturing Work Instructions and Specifications while operating the production equipment

Responsible for inspecting the parts per work instruction to meet customer requirements /specifications.  Deliver required production targets.

II. Reporting Relationship

The position reports to the Manufacturing Supervisor

III. Major Duties and Responsibilities

• Handle production equipment as assigned and must be certified to operate, do full processing of semiconductor product as per specified process flow and defined Quality Standards.


• Handle process properly for non-machine as assigned and must be certified to perform task, do full processing of semiconductor product and supplies as per specified process flow and defined Quality Standards.


• Understands and conforms to operating guidelines of assigned station to ensure product processed are in accordance to defined standard procedures and customer requirements. Comply to organization-established guidelines / policies and safety requirements. 


• Performs housekeeping to maintain an orderly workplace and always adheres to safety precautions and specifications.


• Perform quality monitoring and activities specified in the Process Specs and Work Instructions.


• Attend training and pass required certification exam to ensure station responsibilities are understood and performed.


• Ensure process and specs conformance every CHANGEOVER.


• Perform minor assist and troubleshooting as required.


• Perform lot transaction.


• Prioritize processing of lots based on targets set by PTL or Supervisors.


• Perform 100% inspection if needed for hold lots.


• Provide accurate and timely information/data on lots processed or machine performance (Quality issue, output, and machine downtime).

IV. Job Specifications

  • Graduate of a Technical Course or completed 2^nd year college education of any degree or Senior Highschool Graduate.
  
  


• Skills
  
  
  
  • Must know the process flow and basic operation of machine.
  
  
  • Must be flexible in all job functions as required and must have a sense of responsibility, aggressiveness, and initiative.
  
  
  • Must be skilled and certified to operate at least 2 technologies.
  
  
  • Must be aware of the safety precautions of the equipment and can practice decision making responsibilities.
  
  
  • Can perform the job with minimal supervision. Basic computer knowledge such as Microsoft Office is an advantage.
  
  
  • Visual acuity (inspection skills).
