Our technology starts with you.\n\nWe are seeking a Process Control Manager with 7\u201310 years of experience in the semiconductor industry, preferably in a Senior Engineer or managerial role, with a strong focus on manufacturing quality and process improvement. The ideal candidate is a graduate of an engineering course and has strong technical and leadership capabilities.\n\n### Required Experience\n\n * Extensive experience in optical module products\n * Extensive experience in automotive products\n * Strong understanding of assembly, test, and finish processes\n * Proven ability to improve process control, quality, and operational efficiency\n * Experience leading a team of engineers, technicians, and operators\n * Ability to support career development and performance growth of team members\n\n\n\n### Key Responsibilities\n\n * Lead process control activities to ensure stable and high-quality manufacturing\n * Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process performance\n * Monitor and analyze process trends, yields, and key quality metrics\n * Support quality investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective actions\n * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical and process issues\n * Lead, coach, and develop team members to build capability and improve performance\n\n\n\nST is proud to be one of the 17 companies certified as a 2025 Global Top Employer and the first and only semiconductor company to achieve this distinction.
