Job Description - Process Engineer

Responsible for identifying and assessing process innovations.

Recommends appropriate process conditions for current, new and improved products.

Provides technical advice and assistance by conducting basic research, trouble shooting, consultation to suppliers, operations audit, evaluation of new technologies on dairy, fats & oils and general food technology.

Establishes, maintains and continuously improves all process documentation, -reports, SOPs, technical standards.

Responsible for the pilot plant for its safe and efficient operation including devt and enforcement of operation procedures, oversight of maintenance and reliabiity.
