Cosa farai:

Responsible on setting and maintenance of the overall technical and manufacturing aspects of specific processes for new and existing products. Accountable for the Total Quality Improvement.

Responsabilità chiave:

Daily, weekly, monthly review of the overall quality level of Work Center’s processes.

• Material Usage Variance (MUV)
• First Time Yield (FTY) and Rolled Throughput Yield (RTY)
• Process Capability (Cpk)
• Customer Complaint

Through Process Audits, identify, analyze and recommend corrective and preventive actions to resolve Manufacturing process related quality problems by collaborating with other function groups like Regional and Global R&D, QATS, NPI, Equipment Eng'g, Industrial Eng’g, Sourcing, QA, Production and other group that may be related. Leads the effective RCA process.

Early involvement in the establishment and validation stage of a project by engaging with the NPI and QATS in process development. Provide support in Manufacturing Line Trial and FMB, both in Packaging and Processing.

Perform line study in terms of machine capability for new products

Leads in weekly Finished Stock First Manufacturing Batch (FS FMB) cross function team meeting

Ensures that all operators are trained to documented processes (new processes or changes in the existing processes)

Create and maintain the following process specific documents for new products.

• Process Flow Diagram (PFD)
• Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (PFMEA)
• Process Control Plan (PCP)
• Procedural Bulletin and Work Instruction

Performs other duties as needed or assigned

Can be tapped to facilitate RCA on quality related issues

Ci piacerebbe che tu avessi:

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering preferably Mechanical or Industrial Engineering

2-4 years’ experience in Manufacturing, preferably Cosmetics, Consumer Goods, Personal Products or Pharmaceutical Company

Lean Six Sigma Green Belt is a plus

Knows to conduct Process Capability, Statistical Process Control, Design of Experiment, and Root Cause Analysis
