Process Excellence Lead - Healthcare

Work Arrangement: Hybrid (3x onsite / week)

Shift Schedule | Restdays: Night Shift

Educational Requirement:

• At least 2nd years in college

Work Experience:

• Required atleast Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certified
• 5 to 7 years' of related work experience in process excellence/improvement
• Preferred healthcare industry experience but open to any industry exposure (Manufacturing, Engineering, and etc.)

Responsibilities:

• Driving process improvements/transformation using different levers like Lean Six Sigma, automation, analytics, etc.
• Effective operation control through monitoring, risk identification and mitigation.
• Effective and seamless transition management by highlighting and tackling crtical items with Quality and other aspects.
• Drive ideation, and small and large-scale projects
• Effectively lead and guide a team of Black Belts.
