Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers with their issues keeping close communication with our co-workers locally or overseas in order to ensure prompt handling of exceptions orconcerns
Read and reply tocorrespondenceswith both internal stakeholders and customers within service level agreements as defined for the specific communicationchannel
Propose and support initiatives for continuous improvement of Customer Service processes
Attend to export or import specific processes as assigned in the team, namely:
Import-specificprocesses:
Complete import process, complying with service level agreements and global process design
Execute pre-arrival and import manifestprocess
Facilitate completion of documentation process, closing of open exporttasks
Support with proactive activities that facilitate smooth cargo readiness and delivery order to ensure high levels of customer experience and avoid additionalcosts
Work in close coordination with Area Partners on needed follow uptoensure smooth delivery of cargo to the customer as per agreed contractterms
Export-specific processes:
Complete booking process, complying with SLAs and global processdesign
Conduct Vessel reconciliation and manifest process as per processdesign
Facilitate completion of documentation and invoicing process.
Support with proactive activities that facilitate documentation and cargorelease
Work in close coordination with Area Partners on needed follow up to ensure smooth delivery of cargo to the customer as per agreed contractterms
Required Experience:
Has in-depth experience in shipping, forwarding, supply chain operations.
Ideally someone who has 2 years experience in f orwarder/ logistics.
Bachelor's Degree of any course.
Passion to drive closures & high-level customer service orientation – Customer Centricity.
Excellent in both oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate confidently for coordination with stakeholders.
Coordinating with shipper, warehouse, carriers, end customers.
Functional & Technical Competency:
Proficient in Transportation Management System, Communication (Written and Oral) and Cargoplanning
