Job Description - Process Trainer

Essential Functions: Evaluate employee performance to gauge where skills are lacking. Create training programs to address skill gaps in employees. Prepare learning materials for programs. Develop onboarding programs for new employees in the process. Develop and implement training need identification and Analysis framework Conduct surveys to gauge the effectiveness of programs. Research new training methods. Manage training for investment banking set upSkills: Strong verbal communication skills (Overall B2- high – CEF) with excellent comprehension abilities Possesses good problem-solving skills (should pass critical thinking assessment) Sets own high standards of performance. High tolerance for stress Strong computer skills to navigate the Internet and basic Office programs, as well as aptitude to learn customized in-house systems. Comfortable with navigating and communicating instructions to access multiple computer applications Must be receptive to detailed and frequent performance feedback. Generally likable demeanor and customer-centric approach Multi-task: Ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks Organization: Must function independently and possess excellent organization skills Influence: Able to present information effectively to influence or persuade others in positive or negative circumstances. Co-operation: Able to communicate with others in a warm and helpful manner while simultaneously building credibility and rapport Teamwork: Ability to work with co-workers in a positive manner and willingness to assist where needed Coping: Able to maintain a mature, problem-solving attitude while dealing with customer hostility or time demands Decision making: Able to take action in solving problems while exhibiting good judgment. Goal oriented: Ability to meet company goals & targets of ontime processing.Education Requirements: College with 2 yearsWork Experience Requirements: At least 2 years prior US setup as a Process Trainer Must have banking and finance experience. At least 1-year in a similar profile (trainer) At least 1- year in investment / retail banking set up (Collections not counted) Can work in Alabang or MOA site Can start ASAP
