Intogreat Solutions are currently looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Insurance Processing Support professional to join our team. This position plays a key part in supporting our insurance team by handling essential processing tasks that ensure accuracy, compliance, and smooth day-to-day operations. You'll be a valued part of our back-office support team, contributing to our commitment to excellence in client service.
About the Role
As an Insurance Processing Support Officer, you will be responsible for managing the back-end processing and administrative functions that support the delivery of general insurance services. Your day-to-day tasks will include data entry, document preparation, policy processing, and record management—all critical to maintaining a high standard of operational integrity.
This role is ideal for someone with experience in insurance administration, policy processing, or back-office support, particularly in the Australian general insurance industry.
Key Responsibilities:
• Entering renewal and new business accounts into the system
• Checking broker closings for any discrepancies against system
• Preparing and issuing monthly renewal notices
• Save invoices and documentation into Document Management System within the set company procedures and guidelines
• Obtaining Claims histories from Insurers
• Filing of online documentation onto the system within the set company procedures and guidelines
• Follow up outstanding documentation from Insurers
• Checking and issuing policy documents (policy schedule, wordings, COC etc.)
• Email invoices with compliance documents to brokers/clients via set templates
• Obtain renewal terms from internal broker Platforms and apply to set templates to present to Advisers, noting previous years terms, mid-term alterations and/or claims history
• Respond to enquiries and requests for action from the Onshore Team
• Review renewal client pre-list
• Management of Client debtors
• Responding to queries raised by brokers through online quoting systems via set templates.
• Entering endorsements into the system (invoicing).
• Maintaining client renewal portfolio list including entering new clients and updating premiums, Insurers etc. for existing clients.
• Checking renewal documentation and preparing reports/quotes via set templates.
Requirements

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Proficient working knowledge on O365
• High attention to detail

• Ability to handle and work under pressure
• Familiarity with Australian Insurance brokerage
• Familiarity using CBS Platform
• Familiarity in communicating with different insurers
