🏢 Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement Analyst to support our operations and supply chain processes. The ideal candidate will manage vendor relationships, track orders, process quotes, and ensure timely procurement of goods and services. This role requires a strong eye for detail, analytical thinking, and the ability to coordinate effectively across teams.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

• Manage procurement processes, including tracking orders, processing approved quotes, and following up on outstanding requests
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, invoices, and vendor communications
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of goods and services
• Support vendor management, including monitoring performance and resolving issues
• Assist in procurement-related administrative tasks, reporting, and documentation
• Contribute to continuous process improvements in procurement and operational workflows
• Support ad-hoc projects and initiatives as needed

• Proven experience in procurement, supply chain, operations, or administrative support roles
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy in managing records and processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365, ERP/CRM systems, and collaboration tools
• Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple requests simultaneously
• Comfortable handling ad-hoc projects and learning new systems quickly

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in IT, MSP, or technology-related procurement
• Familiarity with vendor management, software/hardware procurement, and licensing processes
• Knowledge of cost analysis, inventory management, or operational reporting
