Procurement Associate

We are looking for a detail-oriented and resourceful Procurement Associate to oversee the timely and cost-effective sourcing and production of PR Kits. This role plays a key part in bringing brand campaigns to life by ensuring every kit delivered reflects high-quality standards and creative vision. What You'll Be Doing:

Production & Execution

• Collaborate with the Accounts and Creative teams to develop PR Kit mock-ups for approval.
• Source and secure quality materials, elements, and supplies needed for production.
• Oversee the assembly of PR Kits, ensuring alignment with approved mock-ups and brand standards.
• Monitor every step of the production process to ensure timely delivery and quality assurance.

Procurement & Supplier Management

• Manage vendor relationships, from negotiation to contract finalization.
• Ensure cost-efficiency without compromising quality or delivery timelines.
• Prepare and process purchase orders, requisitions, and ensure documentation is up to date.
• Coordinate closely with internal departments and external partners to fulfill material requirements.

Reporting & Documentation

• Maintain organized and accurate records, including Purchase Orders, Quotations, and Supplier master files.
• Track and update production status, supplier performance, and operational needs using dedicated reports and trackers.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

• At least 1 year of relevant experience in purchasing or procurement.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Apps.

• Strong time management and organizational skills.

• Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

• Adaptable and collaborative, with the ability to work effectively in a diverse team environment.
