international supply chains, especially offshore markets like China—this is

What
You’ll Do

• Source & Secure: Hunt down, evaluate, and onboard offshore suppliers who meet our exacting
  standards.
  
• Analyze & Optimize: Dive
  deep into products, materials, and manufacturing processes to uncover
  smarter sourcing solutions.
  
• Build Partnerships: Forge strong, lasting relationships with suppliers and factories, ensuring
  seamless communication and flawless execution.
  
• Strategize Procurement: Develop and roll out purchasing strategies that align with our growth
  ambitions.
  
• Champion Quality: Keep
  suppliers accountable to safety, environmental, and quality benchmarks.
  
• Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with Account Managers, Production, and Design to keep operations
  running smoothly.
  
• Report & Record: Deliver clear, insightful reports on supplier performance, pricing, and
  sourcing activities while maintaining meticulous records.
  

Requirements

What You
Bring

• Proven Experience: 2+
  years in sourcing and negotiation, with deep knowledge of
  international/offshore markets (China preferred).
  
• Negotiation Mastery: Skilled at managing multiple supplier discussions and driving favorable
  outcomes.
  
• Technical Know -How: Understanding of materials, manufacturing, print, and production processes
  is a big plus.
  
• Tech -Savvy: Confident
  with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and adept at using bespoke management
  systems.
