Procurement Functional Manager

Summary:

We're looking for a hands-on Procurement Functional Manager with experience in Ivalua, Coupa, and Zycus to lead procurement transformation projects for one of the Big Four global professional services firms. If you enjoy solving complex procurement challenges, working directly with clients, and mentoring junior colleagues, this role is for you.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end implementation of Ivalua, Coupa, and Zycus solutions, from gathering requirements to deployment.
• Run functional design workshops, including fit-gap analysis, process mapping, and documentation.
• Work closely with client stakeholders to optimize sourcing, supplier management, contracts, and overall procurement operations.
• Oversee configuration, testing (SIT/UAT/Regression), and deployment of solutions.
• Deliver training, knowledge transfer, and post-go-live support.
• Be the go-to expert on procurement processes, spend management, and platform functionality.
• Mentor junior consultants and support their professional growth.

Qualifications:

• 8-10 years in procurement with hands-on experience in Ivalua, Coupa, and Zycus.
• Proven track record of 2-3 full-cycle procurement system implementations, especially Source-to-Pay (S2P).
• Strong consulting experience from a reputed firm, with direct client interaction.
• Excellent project management, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience preparing functional documentation, training materials, and test scripts.
• Knowledge of ERP integration, API enablement, or SQL is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology (MBA/PGDM preferred)
