As a Procurement Partner Specialist you’ll responsible for the development of effective and efficient business processes.  Incumbents provide analysis and reporting on departmental/group revenue, expense, and strategic projects.

As Procurement Partner Specialist you will get to:

• Run monthly share reporting to assure partner share is meeting goals
• Audit EDI cost files to determine feeds are correct
• Assist and maintain a tracker to record data for the Insight partner program. Work in SAP MPM. 
• Communicate with Partner Managers, Partner resources, Finance, Building Services, etc
• Help with any other reporting as needed
• Run NPS surveys for partners quarterly, assess results and provide charts and consolidated info for Quarterly Business Review in PowerPoint
• Be a backup to Supplier Excellence Analyst when needed for running morning reports

We are looking for  Procurement Partner Specialist with:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or any field, from four-year College or University
• At least 1 year of experience in Procurement, Administrative Work, Sales, Marketing or other related experience.
• Great computer system knowledge and moderate to advanced skills in Excel, Word, Power point and Outlook.
• Able to thrive in an environment characterized by rapidly changing requirements and an ongoing focus on meeting operational objectives
• Strong written and verbal English communications and problem-solving skills.
• Able to successfully manage multiple priorities
• Proven ability to think and communicate effectively in a constructive manner across all levels of the organization
• Strong commitment to company values and operating principles
