We are looking for a Procurement Specialist to handle licensing, renewals, and vendor admin across our technology partners. The goal is simple. Keep things tidy, predictable, and under control, so everyone else can do their job without drama.

What you will be doing

• Managing software licensing and renewals from start to finish, including new orders, renewals, co-terms, true-ups, and support or maintenance
• Preparing quotes and SKUs carefully, because fixing mistakes later is no one’s idea of fun
• Coordinating with vendors, distributors, and internal teams to keep renewals aligned with customer needs
• Logging into multiple vendor portals with patience and a strong coffee
• Tracking renewal dates so nothing expires quietly in the background
• Keeping licensing records clean enough that anyone can pick them up without panicking
• Learning the wider vendor stack over time, with training and support

What we are looking for

• Experience in procurement, licensing, renewals, or vendor administration
• Strong attention to detail, because small mistakes here become very visible later
• Comfortable following up vendors politely, firmly, and more than once if needed
• Organised, steady, and able to juggle multiple renewals without stress
• Clear communicator who likes things documented and sensible
• Experience in IT, software, or an MSP environment is a strong advantage

If you are the type who reminds people before deadlines, labels folders properly, or quietly fixes things without making a big deal about it, you will fit right in.

You do not need to know everything listed below. Knowing a few is great. Being keen to learn the rest matters more.

• Microsoft licensing (highly preferred), including CSP, Software Assurance, Perpetual and Server licensing, and basic cloud compute concepts

• 💰 Between ₱55,000 and ₱60,000 per month depending on your skills and experience
