Procurement Team Lead

Main purpose of the job

You will be responsible for leading a team of skilled individuals to achieve bigger goals and objectives for the organization.

2. Responsibilities and duties

• You are responsible for overseeing the work of team members, providing guidance, support and feedback, and ensuring that all team members meet their performance goals.
• You will coordinate and assign tasks to the team members and ensure that everyone works together to achieve the team’s objectives.
• Responsible for conducting touch base meetings and 1:1 coaching sessions and identifying opportunities and progress of each team member
• Ensure deadlines are met, monitor progress, and develop strategies to overcome obstacles.
• Collaborate with different departments within the organization to ensure the projects and initiatives are aligned with the overall goals and objectives of the organization.

3. Skills and preferred qualifications

• 3-5 years of relevant experience as a team lead in the procurement or supply chain industry
• Willing to work on a shifting schedule
• Experience in Procurement and Supply Chain, preferably in the FMCG or food industry.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, and experience with Microsoft Excel is a must
• Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes
• The ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Outstanding organization and detailed oriented
• A strong communicator: you are proficient in both written and verbal communication and use your skills to clearly articulate problems, processes, and decision-making clearly.
• Process driven: you believe everything should be documented and you understand the value of a good checklist.
• A people leader: you are a people person who easily connects with your team and engages with them to understand their needs.
• Independent: you see things that need to be done and you do it. You check in regularly but you come up with an idea

Additional information: Temporary WFH, Night shift

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php45,000.00 - Php50,000.00 per month
