The Product Communication Associate is responsible for ensuring effective facilitation of business communication between customers, stakeholders, top management and the development team. Working together with the Product Communication Specialist, the primary focus is on grasping customer and stakeholder needs, providing basic product support, and gathering initial feedback for continuous improvement. This role requires a growing interest in data and technology, as it involves collaboration with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Emphasizing fundamental comprehension skills, especially in distilling and communicating basic technical information, is key for this entry-level role. A successful Product Communication Associate will contribute in bridging the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clarity and understanding in all interactions.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Business Correspondence and Data Management:

  • Working together with the Product Communication Specialist to provide support to customers, ensuring their adaptation and effective management of data management systems and other services.
  • Respond promptly to product user inquiries, aiming for the shortest possible resolution time.
  • Maintain expertise in all facets of the product from a user perspective to identify issues and potential bugs.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Collaborate with Business Analysts (Data Specialist and Data Researcher) to interpret data analytic reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Gather and analyze user experiences, providing valuable feedback to the Product Owner and suggesting improvements based on data insights.

Product Enhancement and Coordination:

  • Coordinate with the Product Owner to improve products based on first-hand experiences, customer feedback, and internal data analytics.
  • Report results of data analysis and user experiences to management, customers, and stakeholders.

Client Expansion and Communication:

  • Provide a list of potential clients to top management based on received enquiries, contributing to the expansion of the client/user base, especially among large corporations.
  • Reach out to top management for enquiries requiring decision-making and advice, ensuring alignment with the company's identity and brand in responses.

    Education:
  • Early-career professionals with a freshly obtained Bachelor's Degree
  • We generally look for applicants with a Bachelor's degree in an area of Communications, Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data, Commerce, Business, Supply Chain Management, Finance, Environment, or Sustainability. However, we will consider other degrees if you have a strong interest and leaning towards communication and technology.
  • Great academic results as well as a passion for solving complex problems
    Experience:
  • Business Correspondence experience through internship, volunteer work, school/university organization work etc.
  • Customer/Client Relation and/or Product Communication experience through internship, volunteer work, school/university organization work etc.
  • Database Management knowledge or experience through internship, volunteer work, school/university organization work etc.
    Work Set Up:
  • Willing to work daily in an office-based set-up (Ortigas Center, Pasig City)
  • Fresh graduates are welcome!
