Product Data Team Leader

We are looking for a Product Data Team Leader to manage a team responsible for maintaining, analysing, and optimising product data within our ERP systems. This role ensures data accuracy and quality while supporting business operations and collaborating with stakeholders across supply chain, retail, ICT, and finance teams.

• Lead and mentor a team of Product Data Analysts, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and ERP system requirements.
• Allocate tasks effectively across SQL querying, data transformation, and ERP integration activities.
• Provide training and guidance to strengthen team capability in technical English and data processing.
• Utilise SQL queries to extract and analyse data using tools such as MS Access or MySQL.
• Transform raw data in bulk into structured, ERP-ready product data.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them effectively into ERP systems.
• Proactively identify and resolve data integrity issues, driving continuous improvement in reporting and workflow processes.

• Degree qualification in Engineering, Business Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
• 5-8+ years’ experience in product data, master data, or ERP data management environments.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel.
• Strong working knowledge of SQL querying and database techniques.
• Experience working within ERP systems (Oracle or manufacturing ERP environments advantageous).
• Experience within manufacturing, commercial, or supply chain environments (advantageous).
• Strong analytical capability with high attention to detail and data accuracy.
