Responsibilities
- Communicate and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear and concise information exchange.
- Provide high-quality and responsive support to internal teams and external partners. This includes coordinating issue resolution and managing daily operational requests for Codashop/Custom Commerce, such as new product launches, product detail maintenance, and promotional activities.
- Partner closely with internal stakeholders (Product, Engineering, Marketing, Commercial, Pricing, and Support teams) to ensure all requests are processed efficiently and on time.
- Support external publishers with their daily operational requests.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and analyses to inform team strategies and decisions.
- Create and maintain up-to-date documentation and processes to ensure operational efficiency and knowledge sharing.
- Contribute to the team's success by performing other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1+ years of experience in e-commerce operations.
- Hands-on experience with Content Management Systems (CMS) is a significant plus.
- Basic understanding of HTML, Scripting languages, or Python.
- Computer literate with foundational familiarity in programming or markup language syntax.
- Proactive and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
- A strong project management orientation, including the ability to proactively identify and address potential issues before they escalate, and effectively facilitate discussions with relevant stakeholders to find solutions.
- Willingness to work in shifts.
- Able to understand and communicate in English for daily work interactions.
