About the Role
We are looking for a Product Launch Manager to own the end-to-end execution of new product launches on Shopify.
This is a hands-on, execution-focused role. You will be responsible for creating and finalizing product pages, coordinating with suppliers, managing a small execution team, and preparing initial ad assets for testing. This role requires strong Shopify experience, good design taste, and excellent organizational skills.
What You’ll Do
Own the full product launch process from sourcing to live product pages
Create, edit, and manage high-converting Shopify product pages
Coordinate and manage a team working on product page creation
Ensure deadlines are met and launches are executed smoothly
Communicate with suppliers regarding colors, sizes, materials, quality checks, and sourcing details
Work from provided product research links to understand products, coordinate sourcing, and validate quality
Select and organize images and videos for product pages and ads
Perform basic design edits using Canva (or similar tools)
Perform simple video edits using CapCut (or similar tools) when needed
Prepare a test batch of ads for product launches (no filming required)
Act as the final owner of product page readiness before launch
Extensive experience with Shopify (required)
Proven experience creating and managing Shopify product pages
Strong design sense and attention to visual quality
Basic editing skills with Canva (or similar) and CapCut (or similar)
Fluent English (spoken and written)
Experience managing a team and coordinating tasks
Strong communication skills with suppliers and internal teams
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven
100% remote work
Full-time role
Salary: $1,500 – $3,500/month (depending on experience)
