The  Product Management/ Development Associate conceptualizes and develops new customer products and solutions as aligned with the overall strategy and roadmap for customer solutions and product planning and development. The role manages the transition of the product/solution to commercial roll-out.

Development of Strategy Roadmap for Customer Products and Solutions

• Identified market trends and customer needs and proposes ideas for new customer products and solutions
• Provides inputs in the development of strategy for assigned customer products and solutions

Conceptualization of Customer Products and Solutions

• Conducts research, feasibility studies and develops business case and operations plans
• Identifies customer experience journey and works in consultation with internal organization

Development of Customer Products and Solutions

• Creates project charter of the new product/solution
• Leads the development of the product/solution and identifies specifications and functionalities
• Manages the transition of the product to commercial roll-out
• Develops policies and guidelines

Qualifications:

• Graduate of, Business Management, Marketing, Engineering, Computer Science or similar course
• Registered Electrical Engineer is a plus
• Desired competencies: Business Analytics and Reporting, Vendor Management, Training and Communication, Market Research
