You will beresponsible for managing the entire lifecycle of the vertical of theplatform, from idea generation to delivery and ongoing improvement. Youwill define the vision, strategy, and roadmap of product vertical, ensuringalignment with business goals and user needs. You will set the strategicproduct direction for your team and partner closely with the engineeringcounterpart in shaping the execution ability, operational excellence andmotivation of the team.What You’ll DoAct as Product Manager to execute the product strategy of a Scrumteam.Business and Product analysis, Product Value delivery strategy, andProduct Vision communication. Create and communicate the Product Backlog and keep it well organized.Maintain it updated and by collaborating with the Scrum Team keep itgroomed to allow the team estimations (ensure that backlog keeps DEEPproperty). Create good User Stories following INVEST principle. That includes butis not limited to wireframes, data flows, or any other material needed totransfer the requirements. The User Stories must have good descriptionstaking into account the assumptions restrictions, and scenarios of thefeature. Define Acceptance Criteria and verify that they are met. Participate in planning sessions: Product planning, Sprint Planning.Participate in the Sprint Review and Sprint Retrospective. Be experienced and used to managing priorities according to Return ofInvestment, Size, Roadmaps, and sprint commitments. Collaborate with the Development Team and be able to answer theirquestions in a short time. Collaborate with Stakeholders to understand & analyze businessneeds .Work closely with the design team to improve Ul-UX of mobile and web.QualificationsProduct Development:Good knowledge and embracement of Agileprinciples/Scrum methodology. More than two years of experience working asa Product-Owner. Prioritization Frameworks: Good knowledge ofprioritization frameworks such as RICE/Kano/MoSCoW/Scoring Model. UX: Good knowledge of UX Design Patterns & best practices forMobile and Web applications. Able to create convincing wireframes &user flowsDomain Skills: Experience in Mobile and or Web solutions and E-commerce.Is a product visionary; Works with just enough anticipation in adaptiveenvironments; Has Business and Domain expertise. People Skills: Is a good communicator; can build good relationshipswith stakeholders; Motivates the Scrum Team explaining the product vision;Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. Decision Making: Is empowered to make decisions; is willing to makehard decisions; Is decisive; Takes an economic view to balancebusiness/technical tasks. Accountability: Accepts responsibility for the product; Is committedand available for. Acts like a Scrum Team member and not as a manager.Bachelor’s Degree or higher preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Passion to create worldwide first-class platform.
